Quadelta Analyst Is Lee Hand Award Recipient

Al Rice, an analyst who supports the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Deputy Director Global Operations, is the 2009 recipient of Quadelta's Lee Hand Award.  

The award is named for one of Quadelta's four founders.  Hand was largely responsible for the company's technical foundation.  The award is presented periodically to the Quadelta employee whose extraordinary efforts significantly contribute to the company's growth.

Rice provides operational safety analysis supporting troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.  His work is regularly recognized by troops returning from theatre, crediting him with providing expertise that minimizes safety incidents.  

Rice fostered the ground vehicle safety program from its beginnings to the global network it is today.  He has published numerous articles and presented at conferences on the subject.
