Kovach, Rogers Mark 10 Years With Quadelta

Tom Kovach, an analyst with the Navy's Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) at Naval Air Systems Command, and Omanda Rogers, Quadelta's human resources representative and office manager, each celebrated a decade of service with the company.

Kovach has provided a variety of engineering and technical support to the military during his tenure.  His primary focus is aviation safety.

Rogers originally joined Quadelta to provide support for the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics before moving to the corporate staff. 

Quadelta, a veteran-owned small business headquartered in Alexandria, Va., provides engineering, technical and administrative support to departments and agencies within the Department of Defense as well as several defense contractors.
