James M. McCormack, Ph.D., was elected to Quadelta's Board of Directors at the company's 2011 annual stockholder's meeting.
McCormack held several positions at Northrop Grumman (and its legacy Logicon) over a 17 year period, most recently as technical director, where he developed the technical objectives, strategies and actions for a 730-member unit that earned more than $250 million in annual sales. He retired in 2008.
Previously, he served in the Air Force for 29 years, retiring as a Colonel. His last assignment was Deputy Director, Technology and Requirements Planning, Air Force Systems Command, Andrews AFB, MD; prior assignments were in systems acquisition, test, and research and development operations.
McCormack has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Rochester, a M.S. in materials engineering from the Air force Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in metallurgical engineering from The Ohio State University. He is a graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
